What is 4-H?
4-H is a volunteer led program that provides opportunities to all rural and urban youth between the ages of 8-18 to participate in innovative, “learn by doing” fun programs through which they can develop valuable, lifelong skills.
4-H is one of the largest youth development programs in the United States, involving 6 million youth, 60 million Alumni, 600,000 youth and adult volunteers, and 1,000 “learn by doing” programs ranging from robotics and biotechnology to visual arts and agriculture. 4-H is established in every county of every state of the Nation and there are currently 13
4-H clubs in Hughes, Stanley, and Sully Counties.
