STANLEY COUNTY COMMISSION

MINUTES

November 10, 2016

 

The special meeting of the Stanley County Commission was called to order at 5:00 p.m. (CDT) by Chairman Dana Iversen with Commissioners, Dennis Booth, Craig Heller and Sonny Harrowa. Also present were State’s Attorney Tom P. Maher, Highway Superintendent Lee Smith, Bob Riter and Auditor Philena Edwards. The meeting commenced with the recitation of the Pledge of Allegiance.

 

AGENDA:  Motion by Craig Heller, second by Dennis Booth, to approve the Agenda. All voted Aye. Motion Carried.

 

General Election Canvass: Upon review of the canvass, Motion by Sonny Harrowa, second by Craig Heller, to approve the Canvass for the General Election of November 8, 2016. All voted Aye. Motion Carried.

 

Executive Session – SDCL 1-25-2(3): Motion by Sonny Harrowa, second by Craig Heller, to go into Executive Session SDCL 1-25-2(3) at 5:10 P.M. All voted Aye. Motion Carried.

 

Motion by Dennis Booth, second by Craig Heller, to reconvene at 5:41 P.M. All voted Aye. Motion Carried.

 

Liquor License Renewal: Motion by Craig Heller, second by Dennis Booth, to approve 2017 Retail on-sale Liquor License Renewal for Oahe Tailrace dba Oahe Marina. All voted Aye. Motion Carried.

 

ADJOURN; Motion by Dennis Booth, second by Craig Heller, to adjourn at 6:07 P.M (CDT).  All Voted Aye.  Motion Carried.
