STANLEY COUNTY COMMISSION

MINUTES

MARCH 14, 2014

The special meeting of the Stanley County Commission was called to order at 5:00 p.m. (CDT) by Chairman Scott with Commissioners Dennis Booth, Scott Deal, Ron Heckenlaible, and Dana Iversen present.  Deputy Auditor Philena Edwards was also present.  The meeting began with the recitation of the Pledge of Allegiance.

AGENDA:  Motion by Booth, second by Heckenlaible, to approve the Agenda.  All Voted Aye.  Motion Carried.

Discussion regarding Fairgrounds Manager/Maintenance position.

Motion by Deal, second by Heckenlaible, to recess for Executive Session for Personnel, SDCL 1-25-2(1) at 5:10 p.m. (CDT).  All Voted Aye.  Motion Carried.  Motion by Deal, second by Iversen,  to reconvene at 6:30 p.m. (CDT).  All Voted Aye.  Motion Carried.

Motion by Booth, second by Heckenlaible, to adjourn at 6:35 p.m. (CDT).  All Voted Aye.  Motion Carried.
