The special meeting of the Stanley County Commissioners was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Chairman D.D. Jacobson with Pat Sutley, Dennis Booth and David Neuharth present. Auditor Lola Scott and Director of Equalization Don Weidemer were also present. Jim Stoeser absent.
MOTIONS:
AGENDA: A motion by Booth, seconded by Sutley to approve the agenda. All voted aye. Motion carried.
MINUTES: Motion by Booth, seconded by Sutley to approve the July 26, 2007 minutes. All voted aye. Motion carried.
After interviews for Custodian/Maintenance, A motion by Sutley, seconded by Booth to hire Rick Sass with a start date of August 1, 2007 at a rate of $12.25 per hour. All voted aye. Motion carried
ADJOURNMENT: Motion to adjourn at 5:48 p.m. by Sutley, seconded by Booth. All voted aye. Motion carried. Next meeting to be held August 7, 2007.
