STANLEY COUNTY COMMISSION

MINUTES

October 10, 2017

 

The special meeting of the Stanley County Commission was called to order at 5:08 P.M.(CDT) by Chairman Dana Iversen with Commissioners Dennis Booth, Craig Heller and Sonny Harrowa present. Also present was Auditor Philena Burtch. The meeting commenced with the recitation of the Pledge of Allegiance.

 

Agenda: Motion by Sonny Harrowa, second by Dennis Booth, to approve the Agenda. All voted Aye. Motion Carried.

 

Executive Session – Personnel – SDCL 1-25-2(1): Motion by Dennis Booth, second by Craig Heller, to go into Executive Session-Personnel-SDCL1-25-2(1) at 5:09 P.M. All voted Aye. Motion Carried.

 

Motion by Sonny Harrowa, second by Craig Heller, to reconvene at 6:58 P.M. All voted Aye. Motion Carried.

 

Adjournment: Motion by Dennis Booth, second by Craig Heller, to adjourn at 6:59 P.M. All voted Aye. Motion Carried.
